Metallica is an American heavy metal band that is considered as one of the pioneers of thrash metal. The band was formed in Los Angeles in 1981 by guitarist James Hetfield and drummer Lars Ulrich. REO Speedwagon is an American rock band that became popular during the 70’s and reached their peak during the early 80’s. The band was formed in 1967 by keyboardist Neal Doughty along with his dorm mate and drummer Alan Gratzer. Gary Richrath later on joined the band as guitarist. Styx is a popular American rock band that rose to fame in the 70’s and the 80’s. The group was originally formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1961. They were known then as the Tradewinds.
